I’d like to tell all of you a little bit about me… This is my 11th year teaching fifth grade and before that I taught first grade for four years. I love both ages but fifth grade is exciting because there is so much that all of you are able to do. Learning this blog is an example of that. This is an exciting way to integrate technology into our learning, to connect all of us at home and at school, and to be able to communicate and share our ideas and learning with each other. Your effort and enthusiasm with this are so impressive. Let’s continue to enjoy this adventure together. So on a personal note- you know I have two dogs that I adore- a Yorkie and a Maltese. They haven’t yet mastered the blog but I’m still training them. Working out and tennis are two of my favorite things to do in my free time. In addition, whenever I get a chance, I enjoy seeing Broadway shows. But, enough about me… let’s get to work!!
